Held each November in Australia's South West in the stunning Margaret River Region, Margaret River Gourmet Escape is a unique event attracting local, national and international visitors to enjoy a food and wine 4 day festival program. Cumulatively since the inaugural 2012 event 80,000 passionate foodies have shared in the unique local flavours, incredible landscapes, fun atmosphere and the personal experiences of their favourite attending food and wine celebrities.

Margaret River Gourmet Escape presented by Audi, 16-18 November, is a unique opportunity to discover wondrous produce, taste world-renowned wines and meet internationally celebrated chefs, food producers and winemakers amongst the extraordinary natural beauty of the Margaret River Region. Over 40 culinary superstars from around the world will share their knowledge and passion across an abundance of mesmerizing food encounters to celebrate the festival’s 5th anniversary.

Indulge in long table lunches in the vines to once in a lifetime dinners, from world class wine tastings to fire fueled forest feasts, the festival provides unforgettable dining experiences, food and wine for every taste. Tuck into the ultimate meat lover's feast in a Karri Forest. Indulge in magnificent seafood during a cruise on Geographe Bay. Chill out under the stars while a cult DJ plays mellow beats. Or simply kick off your shoes and feel the sand between your toes at the best beach barbecue you'll ever see. To take the hassle out of your weekend, they have put together some Ticket Packages to help you create the perfect escape.

No visit to Gourmet Escape is complete without experiencing the delights of the Gourmet Village. Located in the immaculately kept grounds of Leeuwin Estate Winery, The Gourmet Village lies at the heart of what makes Gourmet Escape such a compelling event for food and wine lovers alike.

Over the weekend of Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 November (11am - 6pm), Leeuwin Estate will echo to the sound of festival goers having a damned fine time.

It's where visiting chefs come to discover Margaret River's famed local produce and wine, and it's where the best of the State's food professionals and producers showcase what makes Western Australia such an awesome place to eat and drink.
