Taste of Melbourne in partnership with Electrolux, returns to Albert Park this spring. Tick off the hotspots on your culinary checklist as they bring you the best of Melbourne’s eclectic dining scene over four foodie filled days.

Enjoy exquisitely crafted restaurant dishes prepared by Melbourne’s top chefs, as well as a host of interactive masterclasses, inspiring talks, wine tasting, artisan producers and live music from Melbourne artists.

From Flinders Lane to the Grampians, Queen Victoria Market to Collingwood, Taste once again unites Melbourne's food influencers for four days of foodie heaven.

Scott Pickett is set to deliver a twin-hit of Taste debuts, with his latest venture Pickett’s Deli and Rotisserie, launching onto the Melbourne dining scene in September, and Estelle Bistro, the celebrated Northside eatery known for its flexible a la carte and tasting menus showcasing moreish seasonal produce. In another Taste first, Mamasita will feature an exclusive tasting dish from new venue Hotel Jesus, delivering the fun and flamboyance of Mexican cuisine straight to Melbourne. All things agave will be showcased in the adjoining bar, with dedicated masterclasses and spirit tastings with Australia’s only certified mezcalier, Nick Peters.

The fresh-faced program continues as award-winning restauranteur Andrew McConnell debuts his iconic Flinders Lane eatery Cumulus Inc., famed for its contemporary take on Australian dining.

With a smorgasbord of new talent on the scene, festival veterans will also be delighted to see a selection of Taste alumni return. Frank Camorra brings tastebud-tantalising tapas and other Spanish specialities with his crowd-pleasing venue MoVida. Fellow CBD diner Supernormal will delight once again with arresting flavours from Korea, China, Japan and beyond.

Visitors will also get the chance to sample the visionary menu of Circa, The Prince; a culmination of eclectic tastes driven by a sense of fun and exploration. The culinary excellence continues with the two hatted Royal Mail Hotel, who will bring their patch to plate movement to Taste with ingredients picked fresh from their own festival garden, inspired by the restaurant’s majestic Grampians location

Taste of Melbourne operates much like a restaurant with lunch and dinner services. There are 6 sessions running over the 4 days where you can browse the artisan producer stalls and enjoy the many culinary attractions. Tickets are valid for one session only.

The Taste Gift Card is the official payment method of Taste of Melbourne, used to purchase tasting dishes, gourmet products and drinks at the festival. If you wish to purchase dishes, beverages and produce at Taste of Melbourne, you should use the Taste Gift Card for transactions. Paypass is now accepted at restaurants. Exhibitors will accept cash, debit or credit for products to take home. Taste Gift Cards can be purchased online at the time of your ticket purchase (in $30 increments) or onsite at the festival via Gift Card Banks and roaming sellers
