Reed and Co Distillery - Wild Blackberry Gin

Reed & Co Distillery, the small family owned distillery in the alpine town of Bright North East Victoria, creates Australian gin with flavour profiles inspired by the surrounding alpine landscape.

Renowned chefs Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed turned distillers have long been bringing visitors to Bright as the creators of awarded restaurant Tani Eat & Drink where the distillery’s copper still, Molly, began her life and their popular signature Australian dry gin Remedy was developed.

For the now full time distillers, the joy in discovery and cultivation of flavour profiles drives their motivation for continual experimentation through a combination of traditional and modern techniques.

This is what lies at the heart of Spirit Lab.

Reed & Co have given themselves permission to continually explore creatively without boundaries… and the outcome will be available for all to discover, enjoy and share via the limited edition releases.

The first round of Spirit Lab releases is a collaboration series, partnering with like minded makers and celebrating local producers including the 15 Wills Street partner, Sixpence Coffee.
