Flavours of South Australia takes you on an adventure that uncovers the state’s most desirable culinary destinations.

This book showcases local restaurants, wineries, bars and producers with eloquent descriptions, beautiful photography, illustrated maps and unique recipes.

Flavours of South Australia journeys from Adelaide’s dining hotspots to the world-renowned wineries and producers of the Barossa, McLaren Vale and Clare Valley.

The guide also includes quintessentially South Australian produce from the Southern Flinders Ranges, the Limestone Coast and the Eyre Peninsula.

Jonette George, Editor-In-Chief of Smudge Publishing, wanted to celebrate South Australia’s impressive food and wine scene following the success of the publishing group’s award-winning series, which includes Flavours of Melbourne, Flavours of Sydney and Flavours of Queensland.

“It’s no secret that South Australia has plenty to offer in terms of food, wine and fresh produce. We worked with South Australian contributors to identify the best of the state and showcase it in a beautiful book.” said Jonette.
